Great experience
Just Recently had a great experience purchase on a vehicle at full throttle Powersports in East Windsor Baker and his crew were professional. Any questions I had about the vehicle put the vehicle up on a lift for me to see underneath fair prices. Great follow up after purchase my vehicle had some minor things that came back for they took care of Excellent customer service. Would definitely purchase a vehicle here again

I found their website through Cars.com. I live in upstate NY, about 5 miles from Canada but have an aunt in CT. No one in my area had a decent truck in my price range and these guys had 3 on their lot, so I got in my mother's car (she loves it to me when my last trucks electrical problem couldn't be fixed) and headed to my aunt's place in CT (a 6 hour drive). The next day I drove another almost 2 hours to East Windsor CT and met Koster. Nice guy, seemed honest for a car dealer. LOL 😆 One of the three trucks that I was interested in had already been sold but I test drove the other 2. I've never seen a cleaner engine on a used truck in my life. You could almost eat of the surfaces in that compartment. The trucks handled very well and everything worked beautifully . I bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado for just over $7,000 all totaled out. My only complaint is that the display on the "infotainment system" which worked fine when I test drove it was malfunctioning when I picked it up. (I didn't notice until after all the papers were signed and I was on my way home.) It still works but will likely need to be fixed or replaced in order to program anything. But even with this relatively minor issue, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I chose this truck over the other because it had a CD player and the AC was stronger. LOL The truck came with a plow in the back and a fiberglass cap, so it's perfect for an Adirondack winter and rolling hotel room. 😋 (When I travel I prefer to camp, even at 51 years old. 😁) It has a few more bells and whistles than I usually go for, but hey, I was buying a used truck, I knew I wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. 😏 I do believe that I got my money's worth. If I feel differently after a few months I'll definitely update and let you know. 😋 I seriously doubt that will be necessary.

Great experience
I got a great deal on a 2010 Chevy Colorado four-wheel-drive extended cab. Runs great, very comfortable well takin care of inside and out This was not an easy purchase. We had curved balls at every corner, but I needed a vehicle before Sunday. And they made it happen It’s easy to have a good experience when everything goes right They made it a good experience when everything went wrong. But I got the truck in the nick of time and I’m having a great time I’ll be back for the next vehicle and happy to refer family and friends The only complaint I have is that you should be able to give them six stars because they’re worth it

Friendly service
Koster Rivera and his team where upfront and courteous . He helped me find the perfect truck to fit my budget . I am very pleased with the service received as well as the vehicle that was purchased . Dump truck

2019 Nissan NV200
Service was great. Greeted right away and looked at multiple vans and sales person was very helpful t To explain pros and cons of each. Picked the Nissan NV200 and went through dealer financing. Whole process took about an hour. Returned the next week and vehicle was fully serviced, checked and detailed. Registration all set and just drove off lot very happy. Got the 2 year warranty so I am extremely happy with the vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealer as very customer oriented.

2012 Silverado
I bought a 2012 Silverado from Koster at Full Throttle in September 2024. He was very professional and friendly, always around to answer questions and discuss options in finding me the best deal. truck
Pleasure dealing with both Koster and Baker, neither were pushy or aggressive. Bought a used Frontier and the couple issues were taken care of before we picked up. Inspected today and very happy, can more easily travel with our kayaks. Go see them, both are gentlemen.

Very Satisfied
Punchline - very satisfied customer - fair prices, good selection, good customer service. You never know what you get going to a used car dealer, but these guys (Baker and Koster) are solid and running a good business. I appreciated that all they do are trucks and had a good selection - but they turnover a bunch of vehicles so their inventory is always changing. They have a great customer focus and want you to walk away satisfied. I got a fair price on a 2014 vehicle and they made sure it was good incl replacing a couple of balding tires. I would definitely go back to them.

This was one of the best auto punches experiences I’ve had. Baker is an excellent salesman. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, did I mention polite? If I had a dollar for every time he said “Yes Sir!” the truck would be paid for!! He’s that good. He knows his business. Mechanics coming to ask him questions. Absolutely amazing
Recently purchased a 2013 Silverado and they made sure that I was not only comfortable in my purchase with their friendly and personable staff but also made sure that the vehicle was absolutely perfect and safe and made me aware of everything that they were doing before I took it home. No band-aids. If it needed to be replaced, it was replaced. Things that no other dealer I have dealt with would have ever done!

What a great experience
I just purchased a 2008 Hummer h3, it is great I love it!! I am so pleased with full throttle and their staff. Koster and his buddy really do go out of their way to make their customers happy. Most dealerships say they will fix things and never do. Full throttle fixed my husbands Silverado multiple times and never gave us a hard time. I’m very very impressed and I continue to recommend everyone buy their vehicles from there. I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from Full Throttle recently, and my first impression was that the staff (shoutout to Baker) were extremely professional and friendly. I crawled around under the frame and inside the engine bay and took it for a good test drive to listen and feel for any issues. They made sure to make note of all of my concerns with the truck (rusted out muffler, squeaky front ball joints, issues shifting between 2H, 4H, and 4L to name a few) In less than a week they had repaired or replaced every one of the parts that I had concerns with, keeping me updated along the way. The truck was tuned up and in perfect working order for me to drive home. I've purchased a number of vehicles from used car dealerships in my life and Full Throttle was without a doubt the best I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for your nest used vehicle purchase.

love my truck
I was pleased with the honesty and integrity of a gentleman named Baker at Full Throttle. Baker was patient with my wife and I while we looked at different trucks in our price range. 2015 Ram Purchase
I had an awesome experience purchasing my 2015 Ram 1500 from FTPS. Koster was diligent and knowledgeable and I greatly enjoyed his candor. He worked with me to get minor repairs done on time in order for me to pick the truck up when I requested it early. He made sure I had done a pre- and post- repair test drive and ensured I was content with the truck as advertised. When I left, the check engine light came on and they got me in and replaced a faulty sensor within one hour of the final sale. The truck is now performing as expected. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Full Throttle and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a truck.

Buying used car
Full throttle is a great dealership! Baker is very helpful and was able to assist my father and I very well through buying a used jeep. They are a very trusting dealership and are true to their word. We test drove the car for the first time and noticed that the car needed fixing, and they were able to make those fixes with no extra charges. We then test drove the car again and all changes were made perfectly! I definitely recommend people to use this dealership! :)
